I've never heard of this treatment. What exactly is it, and what does it do?

Suppose to grow new hairs, suppose to be longer lasting than minoxidil with no shed. I haven't noticed anything from it but if I can get cheap powder... Might as well, right? Has science behind it....

does not grow new hairs but helps decrease FUTURE hair loss and works longer than minox but in a less dramatic way

minox+stemox+RU or CB is the best combo

no powder exists

-------------------------
FIN 98~04
DUT 04~08
DUT + Flutamide & Fluridil ~08
DUT + RU ~09
RU only (20mg to 400mg/d 09~11)
RU+Minox 11~15
RU 20 mg/d (in 6ml Neogenic)
Now:
Adenogen
CB 03-01 25mg/d in 6ml Neo

I'm seeing that it grows new hair, that's what the L'Oreal product claims. Also I've seen paper stating the same.

It does not grow new hair - it increases the ratio of hair in growth phase overall so yes you will end up with slightly more visible hair on your head at any given moment but those will come from healthy follicles that would have been in dormant phase not bald spots

But more importantly it will prevent follicle miniaturization by reducing the number of cycles in the future so it's a valid treatment that will impact how things will turn out in the future - not repair or turn the clock back on how things turned out in the past

It's the only treatment I know besides fluridil that has truly no side effects

FIN 98~04
DUT 04~08

CB 03-01 25mg/d in 6ml Neo

El_d, are you still using CB? I thought you switched back to RU? Or are you alternating them?

-------------------------
5 mg Fin
25 mg of CB mixed in K&B solution (Nov 15, 2015)
5% Minox
Dermaroller once a week.

Yes i switched back to RU 2 years ago or so

CB or RU seem more or less equivalent in terms of results for me

Perhaps CB is better but I only used it 2 months maybe not enough to notice anything

But RU is much cheaper - at 15mg EOD it costs almost nothing - and faster to dissolve as I use fresh powder each time to mix it with half a bottle of Neogenic a minute before application and it dissolves right away

FIN 98~04
DUT 04~08

Do you think it a good idea to alternate the two maybe every other month to possibly prevent RU from becoming less effective?

5% Minox
Dermaroller once a week.
