What's up guy, just want to get some opinions and facts on what the most superior method of administering treatments are. For example, is an essential oil like peppermint best as a topical, in shampoo form, etc? How about nizoral? Is that best as a shampoo or is it better as a topical or even a ingested (probably not ingested lol). Shoot away.
